Mike for Model Number Bosch SHU9925UC /UC12 Hi, I have a Bosch SHU9925UC12 dishwasher. Water pumps in but the arms do not move. Water pumps out just fine. I can turn it freely with my finger. I put the shop vac on exhaust mode and sealed it to the hole that would feed the arms. It blew air through the port on the right and caused the pump vanes to spin very quickly, no motor resistance. New circulation pump?
