Pjsey for Model Number SHX33A05UC/14 The dishwasher fills with water but the water is just trickling out our the rotating arms. The pump seems to be making more noise than usual. I paid $135 for a repair visit and after 15 minutes of poking at the pump and turning the wash cycle on and off his diagnosis what the circulation pump was no good. Is it possible to determine this with such minimal inspection? Which part should I order: 19? or 19A? what is the difference? Do you include installation instructions or diagrams? Thx.
Answer PJSey, You would want to check to make sure that there is nothing clogging the recirculation pump which would cause it not to spray properly. If there is nothing clogged in the pump then it is bad and will need to be replaced. The Circulation pump part number is 00239144. It does not come with installation instructions, but to replace the pump assembly you will have to remove the unit from installation. Turn unit on its back and and remove the base of the unit.
