Answer Hi Hank. What is the water temperature (HOT) in the sink.? It has to at least be 120 degrees or it will hang up and try to use the heating element to raise the temperature to at least 145 degrees before it allows the timer to advance. Is the Heating element still getting 120vac to it? Is there a wire off? Is the tub thermostat open or a wire off (should be closed)?
