Rick for Model Number SHE43F06UC/48 Dishwasher cycle, both quick wash and regular, gets caught at 1 minute and continues to run for hours. Think it needs new control board. Any other ideas - after reading this, thought maybe water temp may be issue.
Answer Hello Rick. Based on the information, it sounds like the control board 00676960 is bad and will need to be replaced. Check and make sure the heater is good in the unit.
