Answer Hi Dan. First get a thermometer to check the incoming water at the unit while filling it. It needs to be at least 120° or better. What is the water temperature (HOT) in the sink.? It has to at least be 120 degrees or it will hang up and try to use the heating element to raise the temperature to at least 145 degrees before it allows the timer to advance. Is the Heating element still getting 120vac to it? Is there a wire off? Is the tub thermostat open or a wire off (should be closed)?
