Frank A for Model Number shu6800 Cycle runs down to 1 and stays on. Water remains in bottom when this happens. Happens every 4th or 5th time we use. Open door and water is hot. Thinking control module??
Answer Hello Frank. You need to look and see if the unit is leaking water slowly into the bottom of the unit. If so, this is the issue with the unit and you need to repair the leak to fix the unit.
