Answer Hello Gloria. You will need to test and see if there is power coming to the motor assembly. If there is power there, and the motor does not run, you will need to replace the motor 00142197. If there is no power there, you may need to replace the control module 00481304. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
