Samantha for Model Number WFL2060UC/27 Washer runs the cycle just fine but no water flows into drum so clothes arnt wet. Cleaned all pipes, hoses, and filters testing them for kinks or breaks but none found. Sometimes the door stays locked after cycle is completed as well.
Answer Samantha, You will want to check the screens on the valve for being clogged. if they are not then you will want to check to make sure that there is 120 vac getting to the valve and if there is then the valve is faulty and if there is not power then this would be a faulty main control board.
