Joe for Model Number bosch nexxt 300 wfmc2201uc/13 Motor doesn't spin under load. Motor pings out ok resistance between all 3 phases and ground (infinite) and about 8 ohms between phase leads. Pointing me towards control board. Control ouputs about 30-50 volts when meter is set to a/c and about 105-150 when meter is set to d/c. I was told that this is because of the 310hz frequency of the output current. I was also told that the voltage output could read ok, but that the frequency could not be correct which would lead to less power for motor. Is there any other test I can perform on board?
Answer Hello Joe, Try the unit with the belt off to ensure the bearing isn't the issue. From the tests you have already run, it sounds as though the motor control module 00668952 will need to be replaced. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, April 17, 2013
