Donna for Model Number SHE6AF06UC/05 My Bosch dishwasher is 3 years old. It is not draining at the end of the last cycle and shows an E25 error. My husband has checked the plumbing (drain) and installed a new drain hose, but nothing seems to be plugged under the house. Dishes appear clean, but there is about 2 inches of water left in the tub. I can turn the dishwasher off and back on and then press the start button and hold and the dishwasher will drain. The last 2 times I ran the dishwasher, it showed a E01 error and about 2 inches of water was left in the tub at the end of the cycle. What do you think is wrong with the dishwasher?
Answer Hello Donna. E25 means that your drain line is blocked and not draining properly. You may need to replace the drain pump on the unit. If the hose is not kinked or clogged, and sometimes it drains and sometimes it does not, it is leaning toward a bad pump on the unit. Read More...
