Joe for Model Number shu3322uc/u11 The dishwasher will start the cycle, filling with water, but the circulations pump doesn't come on. I can cancel the cycle, and the water will drain. Thanks. Joe
Answer Hello Joe. You will need to test and see if there is power to the circulation motor. If so, and it does not run, you will need to replace the motor on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
