Greg B. for Model Number SHU43C05UC/22 I ordered a control unit from you and installed it with success. Except now after a complete cycle I have a ton of suds in the bottom. It seems I am not completing the cycle. Tried the "cancel and change a cycle" instructions in the manual but no good. HELP! Any ideas?
Answer Hello Greg, The unit may have had a double dose of detergent put in from the time it first gave you trouble to the time you got it going. With no dishes or detergent in the unit, put one tablespoon of vegetable or corn oil in the unit and allow it to run for one to one and a half minutes. Cancel and drain and start the unit on a normal cycle. Once it has drained and started to fill, open the door and pour in one quart of white vinegar. This will remove the corn oil put in earlier.
