R Mcduffee for Model Number Bosch AHE4AM12UC/02 On your site is posted the following: "My dishwasher will not start when start button pushed. It seems to go into the auto shutdown mode and in about a minute the clean light comes on. The soap dispenser is still closed and no water has run. Initially, it was only in some modes and never occurred with delayed start; however, now it occurs with almost all attempts in any setting, even delay mode. It acts the same as when I push and hold the start button for 30 seconds to shut down. I was thinking of replacing the control unit. Answer R McDuffee, the symptoms described indicate that the unit is intermittently not sensing that the door is closed. This can be tested during failure by testing at the door latch hall sensor for a voltage reading. If there is less than 10V, then the issue is in the power module control 00701523. If there is more than 10V, then the issue is in the latch hall sensor 00611312. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, December 27, 2019
