Peter, this error is going to indicate a faulty heater circuit which could either be in the heat pump 12008381, wire, or the power module 12009532. With the dishwasher disconnected from power, the wires going to the heat pump would need to be tested for continuity. Then the heater (three large terminals on the motor, the outer terminal is terminal 1) would need to be tested for resistance using the terminal 2 and terminal 3. The resistance reading should be 8.9O of resistance at room temperature. If the wires and heater test good, the power module is the issue. If either the wires or the heater fail, replace as necessary.
