Judy J. We have a dishwasher that's less than 5 years old. It is model SHX57C05UC/21 (FD851203357. The entire bottom rack has really fallen apart, Wheels have broken off, little clips that let you move the things that hold plats in place have broken. I have to lift the entire rack out to put dishes in or out. The utensil baskets are fine themselves but they have nothing to keep them in place. I'd like a whole new rack and will pay for it if necessary. I have always had GE appliances but I did not like the way they cleaned. I like the cleaning of my Bosch but this has become very inconvenient. I hope you can help. Judy J.
