Greg There are two support pieces fixed/attached to the side of my Bosch on each side to support the upper rack sliding rails. The plastic on the end of one of these supports is broken (the portion that fits into the grooves of the rail), and now the upper rail falls off the support. Can this piece be replaced? Maybe I need to take the whole dishwasher body out from under the counter and remove and replace the broken piece through the side wall of the dishwasher? Thanks.
Answer Greg, You're more or less correct. You'll need to check and order the correct Roller Kit, Upper Dish rack (2-Pack) based on the model number of your machine, remove the upper rack, remove the dishwasher from the counter and replace the parts as necessary, 00056247 is for example only. You may want to apply a dab of "loc tite" thread locker the the threads of the bolts when you install the replacement roller kit(s). Read More...
