Kim for Model Number SC302TD In reading the answers on your site, I notice that instructions for replacing the door hinges include the steps of removing the hinge pocket covers and hinge locking screws on the side of the oven casing. I do not understand what function these locking screws serve if the entire hinge comes out of the oven frame when the door is removed in order to replace the hinges. Can you help me understand what part these "locking screws" play in the task? Thanks
Answer Kim, On your oven there should not be locking screws on the hinges. You would open the door fully and put the latch over the hook and push the door like you are closing it. This will enable the hinge to lift out of the door. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, November 25, 2013
