Zarmo for Model Number 24" Thermador double wall oven I cannot find the model number on my Thermador double wall oven. it was installed in 1975. and it has been a great oven over the years. it quit heating in the bake mode, assuming it was the element again, I pulled it out and found that the stainless wire connector had burned off at the wire-connector end. where can I get these stainless wire connectors, as I cannot find a manual for this over I cannot order it. but according to the picture of the element, this looks like the exact one. if that helps, the over measures 24" across the top. but according to Thermador there is no such thing. To old I guess. I measured the resistance in the element it is about 19.5 ohms, and a new one was around 23 ohms. so I assume it is still good. I just need the wire end. and does it need to be soldered on, can a crimp version do the same thing?
Answer Zarmo, If the end just burnt off the wire then you would just need a hi temp connector that just slides onto the bake element terminal. Part number for the high temp terminals would be TJMA02875-1. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, April 5, 2016
