Ed I have a 40+ year old Thermador wall oven that needs a new bake element. The old bake element was secured to the wires at both points using a small screw instead of the more modern sheath-style connectors. Is there a way to adapt a new element to fit the old oven?
Answer Hello Ed, If you could get the model number, the bake element is possibly still available. The model number would still be necessary to get the original part number because this is the only way I can think of to match the wattage of the old and the available elements.
