Anthony for Model Number PG364 HI, My Thermador oven intermittently ignites either on bake or convection. Sometimes the oven, when already baking, sparks even if it isn't at temperature. The cooktop burners are fine. Do I need a different module? Thanks
Answer Hello Anthony, This sounds more like you are losing a ground or there is a wiring issue. You need to dis-assemble the inside of the unit to access the bake burner and check the wiring down there that is exposed to the heat of the bake compartment. If no problem is located, you should then consider the control module. You will need to verify the model number from the units' I.D. tag since the model number you listed does not come up as valid.
