Frank for Model Number PRD304GHU/04 WE have a duel fuel Thermador. The left front burner will only ignite in the xlow position and the simmer position .It will not ignite in the high or med position. No gas and no ignition clicking.
Answer Frank, with the gas shut off to the range, the potentiometer 00629722 will need to be tested for a 5VDC output to the simmer controller while the switch is in the middle or high position. If there is not 5VDC, then the potentiometer has failed and would need to be replaced. If there is 5VDC, then the simmer controller 00619016 would need to be replaced. Read More...
