Kb for Model Number RDSS30RS All four of the ignitors on Thermador RDSS30RS stopped working at the same time. I replaced the spark module with the correct one from your site. When I turned the power back on, I heard the ignitors click once or twice. Now all four burners work, but all the ignitors continue to click until whatever burner you have on is turned off. Any idea what the problem might be? Thank you in advance.
Answer RB, The igniters are supposed to spark when one of the burners is in the light position. If the unit is sparking without it in the light position then test the ignition switches on the burner valve for continuity in the off position and if there is continuity then this will be a faulty switch.
