Answer Hello Larry, The float switch can cause this but you should verify water pressure to the unit and voltage to the valve since it cannot allow water to enter if the valve is not energized. If not voltage is present during the fill part of the cycle, you will need to verify the door switches are closing and voltage is being passed through them.
