Bb for Model Number SHE46C06UC/40 My Bosch dishwasher won't complete a normal wash cycle. I do hear it filling and draining and the soap does get dispensed, but it seems to get stuck somewhere in the cycle. The last 30-40 minutes of the cycle are just the drain pump running and the timer stops on 1min and runs forever. When I open the door, there is no water in the tub except for a small amount down in the bottom below the microfilter. The control unit was replaced in 2014.
Answer BB, based on your description, you have a water heating issue " Occasionally dishwashers can run for hours, not finish washing & show a “1” in the display. This means the module has timed out due to an unidentified heating problem -- all heating related parts must be checked until the problem is found." You may want to start by checking the water temperature in the bottom of the tub on the first fill of a wash cycle, The water temperature should be 120 dgrs. F. then check the heater assembly 00480317 and sensor. Thanks, Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, August 26, 2020
