Answer Jim, the hooks on the holder will be facing downwards and to the outside of the basket when installed. The hooks will insert onto the lower horizontal bar in between either the last two vertical or the 2nd and 3rd last vertical bars. The rack bars that are vertical will fit into the two grooves of the holder and the top groove should fit on the next horizontal bar. Your tines will then fit into the small groove facing the inside of the rack and should be able to rotate into locking position. Read More...
