1 Answer Patti, The tine holder is a "snap-fit and lock" type device that mounts to the inside of the rack. The hooks on the holder will be facing downwards and to the outside of the basket when installed. The hooks will insert onto the lower horizontal bar. The rack bars that are vertical will fit into the two grooves of the holder and the top groove should fit on the next horizontal bar. Your tines will then fit into the small groove facing the inside of the rack and should be able to rotate up into the locked position. I have the part, but cannot figure out how to connect it to the tine rack, or side of basket. I am not sure where exactly it attaches, or how
