Marsha for Model Number Bosch B20CS50SNS/01 icemaker Our ice maker, front display panel, compressor, lights were malfunctioning and we were told that replacement of the central control panel would likely fix all problems. The central control panel was replaced. Everything is back to normal except the ice maker. The ice maker's top ice cube making tray is filled with ice and turns to release its ice but the ice cubes don't release from the tray. The tray returns to get refilled with water but the water spills over the sides of the ice filled tray, down the ice chute in the French door and eventually onto the floor. If the central control panel doesn't fix this problem and if we have to buy a new ice maker, can we remove and replace the ice maker ourselves? Also, do you offer a warranty on this part? Thanks for your help!
Answer Marsha, If the ice is not releasing then would be an issue with the icemaker and would need to replace the icemaker in which you can replace without service. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, October 12, 2017
