Michael for Model Number SHE55M15UC/64 The wash cycles work fine and water pumps out during wash cycles. Water does not drain after the wash so I pulled the unit and checked the water inlet system and all was clear. When I lift the red float switch actuator, the pump works fine and the tub drains. Does this mean I should replace the float switch (part #00165256 ) or would that be the level switch assembly (part #00263185). Thanks!
Answer Michael, With the unit leaving water in it after a cycle is complete then you will want to check to make sure that the control board is sending power to the drain pump during the final drain.
