Muli, You would not pull the blue level. This is what turns the switch on and off. When the water level gets to certain spots it will slide to come off the switch to let the unit know it is full.

Michael, With the unit leaving water in it after a cycle is complete then you will want to check to make sure that the control board is sending power to the drain pump during the final drain. If it is not then the control board would be the issue even though it works throughout the wash.

Dug, You'll need to do the basic checks first, Check the drain hose, air gap and disposal connections for clogs and kinks. Then remove and check the drain pump and impeller 00167082 and housing for debris and clogs as well.
