Answer Hello Kurt, The hinge springs do stress over time and cause the door hinges to require replacement. Replacing the gaskets may help with the bake compartment air flow but will not help with the door light switch issue. I'm sorry but these parts, 00487747 for painted doors or 00487746 for stainless steel doors, have been discontinued by the manufacturer and no satisfactory substitutions have been provided.
