Bill for Model Number HBL8450UC/10 My oven will not heat properly. It won't reach the requested temp in bake setting, and fluctuates up and down. Convection seems to get hotter but also unreliable. Trying to determine if this is a control board or heating element issue. Broil element seems to work fine but I cant see the bottom element. I get no codes from the main display and the panel seems to work as normal. thanks
Answer Bill, The first thing you will want to do is to check to make sure that the oven sensor is good. Test the sensor for a resistance of 1090 ohms at room temperature and 1654 ohms at 350.
