Jorge, this error indicates that there may be water in the base or that the aqua stop (if one has been installed at the water supply valves) has failed. It would be recommended that the base is inspected for water to identify if there is a small leak. If not, it would be likely that one of the water inlet valves may be letting water through and would need to be replaced if there is not an aqua stop installed at the house water supply valves.
