John January 08, 2021 for Model Number WAS20160UC/01 My problem may be the same as Jorge's. When turned on, the Signal button lights up and the LEDs for Regular (wash), Spin, and End flash. The washer won't start. The motor does not turn. The drain hose and drain filter are not clogged I replaced the motor brushes (one was 3/16”) The Door Lock seems ok

Edward December 06, 2020 for Model Number WAS20160UC/28 I have a washer that recently went through a power surge situation and is now dead. The Bosch mate dryer works fine. Are there internal fuses or a module that could have taken a hit and can be reset or replaced? Thank you!

1 Answer Jorge, this error indicates that there may be water in the base or that the aqua stop (if one has been installed at the water supply valves) has failed. It would be recommended that the base is inspected for water to identify if there is a small leak. If not, it would be likely that one of the water inlet valves may be letting water through and would need to be replaced if there is not an aqua stop installed at the house water supply valves.
