Answer Hello Julie, thank you for contacting APP, If only the On/Off button is responsive I would suspect an issue with the Operating Module Pro 11019860 / 11019860. Before replacing this component, turn off the unit at the breaker or unplug it from its outlet for at least 10 minutes to see if that resets the unit. Read More...
