Doug for Model Number Thermador Pro Cooktop PCD484EE The two XLO burners on my cooktop suddenly died. No spark, no gas, but blue light goes on. The regular burners work fine. Looked at the wiring and simmer control board and they look fine (nothing burnt, wet or dirty). Does the fact that both burners suddenly failed mean I can just change the simmer control board or do I have to change the potentiometers too? Is it better to just change all the parts together? Thanks!
Answer Doug, This issue would most likely be caused by a faulty simmer control board. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, November 9, 2017
