Michael for Model Number prd366eg Both of my X-Lo simmer burners stopped working suddenly. There is no spark and no gas flow from either of them. Is there a way to determine if it's one (or both) of the potentiometers or the simmer controller? And is the simmer controller available? I couldn't seem to find it on here. Are there any other items that might cause these symptoms? Thanks
Answer Hello Michael, You will most likely need to replace the simmer control 00422882. If this part has never been replaced, the original potentiometers 00422748 are not compatible with this part so they will also need to be replaced. This board 00619016 could also be the culprit, but there is no test recommended by the manufacturer to determine which is the case. I'm sorry but this part 00422882 has been discontinued by the manufacturer and no satisfactory substitutions have been provided. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
