The enclosed instructions detail how to distinguish the obsolete parts from the new parts. The enclosed replacement simmer controller doesn't really match either the old or the new description. How do I verify that the kit contains the correct replacement part? According to the instructions, the old part is "SQ003-H A". The new part is "SQ003-H B". The enclosed part just says "SQ003-H" The label also say "S/N: 83.31000.003". There is a bar code sticker on it that reads: "GAS SQ 003H C T" and "1000003-13206-01179". Do I have the correct simmer controller for my cook top?
