Susan for Model Number PRG364GLUS Hello. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I have a Thermador PRG364GLUS 36 inch Gas Range.The two left burners just fully stopped working last week, (no gas and no spark) and the "burner on (red) light" will not turn off unless I unplug full electrical power. The bbq in the middle, the two right burners, and the oven work perfectly. I was told I need part number 00497235 (potentiometer and simmer control kit) and that part I cannot find/no longer manufactured/not findable online. I'm completely stuck. I don't know what to do, I don't know if there are compatible replacement part/parts to buy. I don't want to buy a new range (very expensive) but I am stuck with what to do. I really want to fix this/have it fixed. If you could advise or help me I will send Christmas presents to everybody there!!!!
