Danielle for Model Number shu43c02uc/17 When I press the power button to On - the red light to the left of the cycle selection button blinks for a few seconds and also makes a ticking noise (starting off fast, then slows down to nothing) and then the red light quits blinking and there is no ticking sound. That's all I get and nothing else - it doesn't run or power on from that point. Any suggestions?
