Bill for Model Number Shu66c02 My program buttons are falling out. Ordered 3 extras when I ordered my replacement soap dispenser from APP (great service btw). I discovered my program buttons are falling out due to the poor design of the fascia panel. The tiny tab that anchors the bottom of the button to the fascia snapped. I love APP but, I refuse to pay $50 for this crappy design. Is there any handyman type fix to this problem. I'm thinking of trying to silicone or glue the bottoms in. Would appreciate any suggestions
Answer Hello Bill. There is no way of securing the buttons like that because they have to move to press the switches on the unit. Usually there is no issue with these buttons falling out, unless the fascia tab is broken. Since we do not manufacture the parts, we have no control over the design.
