Fred for Model Number shu43c06uc/17 I'm replacing the pump in my Bosch, I had a 6 vane and through my dealer I now have a 9 vane. I don't know which tab I should put the grey which has two wires or the tab to put the white wire. The old pump had 4 tabs which only two were used.
Answer Hello Fred, Considering the fact that this is an ac motor, the polarity will not matter. The motor will spin the same direction in either case. When a noise filter in installed on the motor, the polarity would matter, but in this case, the motor would have come with specific instructions concerning polarity of the connections or the terminals would be made in a fashion that would prevent the wires from being connected incorrectly.
