Coach for Model Number longgolf@hotmail.com I have a Bosch Dishwasher SHX45M05UC/50. I think the serial number is FD8809 00248. A little confusing on the plate as to which number was model and serial. My dishwasher does not have a float to lift to see if the discharge pump is running. could you tell me how i can get that done to verify that the pump is actually the problem? thanks Coach
Answer Coach, On the dishwasher at the bottom there should be a tech sheet somewhere behind the access panel. Using the tech sheet you will need to test the drain pump motor from the main control board to see if there is 120 Vac from the control board to the pump and if there is and the unit is not draining then the issue will be the drain pump.
