Shred for Model Number DWHD770WFP/17 My dishwasher is saying the drain pump is blocked. I opened things up and I think I see a piece of glass in there. I am assuming the only way to get in there is to go from the bottom and pull out the drain pump, then the debris will be accessible. And if indeed it's a piece of glass I'll be able to get to it. Correct?
Answer Shred, Yes, you will want to go in from the bottom of the unit and pull the drain pump out if you are unable to use needle nose pliers to get it from the top.
