Jane for Model Number WTMC3300US/01 Bosch dryer Our Bosch dryer will heat up then stop in about 15 minutes no matter what. Clothes still need more drying and I have to keep starting over. I cleaned the lint filter very well and husband tried to reset the red button in back inside. It wouldn’t click. What do we need?
Answer Hello Jane, Make sure the exhaust is clear to outside atmosphere then check the thermistor 10010119 since this and a clogged, crimped, or restricted exhaust is common issues with this model. Also, it should be installed fully for normal operation to occur. You should also check the motor in case the windings are shorted internally.
