Ae for Model Number PRSG304SS We have had difficulty with the 2 left-side burners not simmering properly or refusing to work at all. Last year we replaced the igniter and all burners worked but the XLO burners would often turn off on their own. Today we were cooking with all 4 burners when I heard a 'pop' and the 2 xls burners went out. Now the igniters do not work and no gas will come out of the burners at all I checked by turning the burner on and placing a flame next to there burner). What is the problem? Thank you!
