Frank for Model Number GPS366S Stovetop has 6 burners, the 4 on center and light work, The two on the left do not. I was told to replace the potentiometers and the simmer unit. the simmer unit is no longer available. Would the two left burner work if I replace the potentiometers Could I also have the simmer unit rebuilt? Thank You
Answer Hello Frank, the potentiometers work with the simmer control, they do not work independently, also the simmer control has its internal electronic components sealed into the case with epoxy ,it is not considered to be repairable.
