Sherry for Model Number she3arf6uc/22 We had a tornado in our area and lost power. When power was restored, the dishwasher was not working. It has power to it. We replaced the control board and still nothing. Is there a fuse and if so where?, could the switch AP5326240 be the problem and if so, how would I know. This is less than a year old, but they said it was an act of god, so we are trying on our own
Answer Sherry, We wouldn't expect the switch or the display/control board to be the issue, at this point. We would expect the 12010647 / 12010647 Power Module to be the issue based on your description. You'll need to partially remove the dishwasher, the module is located on the base of the machine, on the right hand side of the frame. A power outage and/or surge could damage the module, power enters the module, then is distributed to the other dishwasher components and controls. Read More...
