Gabriel, With the unit not turning on you will want to check for poor motor terminal connections. Could be a bad speed control, check to make sure that there is power to the unit. Check to make sure that the vent switch is not open. Bad blower winding or bad capacitor. 1. Check the blower motor connections and reseat if necessary. 2. Check for power into and out of the speed control, if there is no power out then replace the speed control. 3. check the breaker. 4. Vent switch should show continuity between the terminals C and N.O. when in up position. replace the switch if checks show contacts are open. 5. check winding for continuity and replace blower if showing open. 6 check capacitor with ohmmeter and replace if open or shorted.
