Jim Hi. I have a Thermador downdraft unit that I believe the switch has failed. Does it matter the orientation of the white wires as there are 2 and one black? I took it out and want to put it back in to check again but not sure which white was which. Does the motor reverse when it reaches the limit? I have the wiring diagram and it shows one end switch is NO and the other is NC with relation to the white wires. An explanation would be awesome as to how the operation works. Thanks much, JIM
