Ron S for Model Number PLEFMZ99ECA The smaller of the 2 lock display lights is lit so we are not able to use any of the burners. Any idea how to get the light to go out so the burners can be used? This all started with a power outage and when the power came back on evidently a wrong button was pushed and the lock light came on. Thank you for your help.
Answer Ron, The only lockout feature that we could find information on with your unit would be the oven control lockout in which you would push the lock key for 3 seconds and it should unlock. As for the controls for the surface unit The Self-Clean feature will not operate whenever a radiant surface element is ON. Conversely the ESEC feature will not operate during the Self-Clean cycle. Whenever the ESEC Lockout feature is active, “ - - ” may appear in any display window (See Fig. 3).
